As any parent will tell you, having a baby has a huge impact on your life. The changes you go through can take some time adjusting to and it is quite common for women to overlook their emotional needs in the months after the baby is born.
As your hormone levels start to fall you can experience mood changes which for some women may develop into post natal depression. These mood changes are often pronounced by sleep deprivation from night feeds and the stress of managing a new life change. Some women experience problems breast feeding or want advice on how to improve bottle formulas and just about everyone wants to discover safe and healthy ways to restore their figure without compromising the quality or quantity of their breast milk.
Our Post Natal Care programme is formulated to help address all these health issues, get your body back in shape and educate you with tips on how to overcome common infant conditions such as eczema, colic, weaning, cradle cap and difficulty feeding.
